Join us this month for a wonderfully-cast film with a particularly good soundtrack! It tells extraordinary tale of Harriet Tubman’s escape from slavery and transformation into one of America’s greatest heroes, whose courage, ingenuity, and tenacity freed hundreds of slaves and changed the course of history. Pastor Leia has some OPINIONS about a few historical details that were changed and the fact that one of the film’s songs was up for an Oscar and yet somehow did not win, but she promises to (try to) keep them to herself. Per the terms of our film license, we cannot publish the title of the film, but it came out in 2019, is rated PG-13, and is two hours and five minutes long.
